retro stuff Xybernaut MA-IV & MA-V

I have recently acquired a Xybernaut MA-IV it should be arriving soon! and I plan to get a MA-V when I can find one! But I would like to find people who have Owned/ Used these systems, I have been interested in them since I was younger and one of my teachers had a couple of them in the early 2000's, But it seems extremely hard to find any information about them, Is there anyone here who knows about them and can give me some tips and pointers? I would love to find more people who love these unique systems!

 

Also if it does not work I plan to gut it and put a Raspberry Pi in it  But I hope it works, I would love to have it stock, No idea what to use it for in a stock condition to be honest 

 

I linked the images of what I should be receiving! I know that the Dock pictured is for the MA-V, But the actual Computer Pictured is the MA-IV, I am not sure about the other parts, I believe most? if not all of them are for the MA-IV
