Internal block leak MSI SeaHawk RTX 2080 EK?

I recently installed a new card, and after a day or so of use the block discolored and it looks as if there are bubbles in the block accrylic outside of the cooling channels, I was hoping somone more experienced with EK blocks could take a peak and let me know if this is normal behavior. I appreciate the help in advance.

Normal. Isn’t a leak as it isn’t sealed.
