My PC is using my integrated GPU instead of my Graphics Card... Please help :D

Prism69

Hello there,

I'm trying to find some help regarding my friend's PC.

His build:

Ryzen 3 2200g

Rx 570 4GB

Asus B350 Plus motherboard

8GB Corsair DDR4

The problem is his PC is using the integrated VEGA 8 in his processor instead of the 570.

The task manager is showing up heavy usage of the Ve
ga 8, however the 570 is sitting at 0%.

We tried many things to fix this, we updated and reinstalled the drivers, we tried to change it in BIOS, we couldn't find the System Agent Config setting in there, so no fixing for us.

We are still trying to do something, but nothing works.

If anyone knows what we could do with this, please help us.

Any help is very appreciated.

The image i attached is showing the absence of the System Agent setting, where we should find the PCI setting.

That's probably because he plugged it to the motherboard and not the GPU.
