If you don't overclock the included cooler is enough, if you OC, then dark rock 4 is nice.

Get the tomahawk MAX for upddated bios out of the box.

5700XT is cheaper for more or less same performance.

Yeah get at least a 500GB like @Bacon soup said. Crucial MX500 or Sabrent Rocket are nice choices (500GB and 1TB version).

A 550w PSU should be enough.

Get an R7 3700X + RX 5700, as the GPU should be a good deal cheaper, but has 80-90% the same performance.

Get a case with a mesh front for cooling

you need an MSI B450 board for USB bios flashing.

For RAM is a 3200mhz CL16 kit is much cheaper get that, you'd want to look for 3600mhz CL16 at least otherwise if that isn't much more expensive.

Get a 500GB SSD now, buy a hard drive later.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

The RX 5700 is fine for 1080p 144hz if it's a good deal cheaper.

I know that RX cards are good but ray tracing this how you can get YT views in India.

Probably find a card with a better cooler than the FE at least if they're around the same price.

Basically the biggest card you can fit in your case, and that is the lowest price. Like triple fan design.
