What's your budget/country?

What monitor resolution/refresh rate?


As you can get a used RX 470/480/570/580 for $80-120 on ebay that will do 1080p 60hz gaming just fine

 

or the RX 5700 isn't too far ahead of the 1660ti in price, despite being more like a 2070.
