So when you say it won't boot you mean it doesn't respond to the power button at all correct? This could be caused be a problem with the motherboard but you can try disconnecting things like the GPU, RAM, HDD's/SSD's, CPU 8-pin, see if it at least turns over. If not it may very well be the motherboard.

 

From here you can try reoving the CPU completely, all RAM, pull the GPU, all perhiphrials, see if the bare board turns over.

 

You can also try this but pull the board from the computer.

 

If all of this doesn't result in any sign of life. R.I.P. motherboard.
