Hi guys I'm new here i hope this is ok to post here if not please dont delete this but please move it

I'm after a few things

i have a Raspberry Pi4 i would like it to login to or connect to my home wifi then share the content on its usb ports -  the 2 hubs i have attached to them - how ?

How do i power this raspberry Pi - i mean i see their own psu but can i use a power cable from my power supply unit ? or from a usb c inserted pcie card ?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Next thing im making a "hack" case - Power Mac G5 convert to Windows Case

I'm going to have 3 systems into this case

A hidden micro system to the rear of the CD DVD Rom upside down - hidden with riser GPU added.

and a water cooled z68ma-d2h-b3 - 120mm fan on a Cooler Master cooler - the 120mm lazer hive back-plate ( i find it really bad and would say dont get it - the cooler the back plate is perfect )

The next system is not a system as such its a "jumped" 350watt psu with 19 hdds on it then get converted into a usb connection from sata into the hubs these hubs go into the Ras* Pi4

The reason im attempting this or doing it is that i dont want f0lty adaptors all over the place and 1 psu is ok for this but spread the hdd power across the cables and then you have the correct power to them and not worrying about a cheap adaptors also the 2 psu's ( 3 - for the micro system ) are not great in the case but they fitted just.

However i need to slim them both down - i have a Corsair RM 650 and a VS350 one flat as normal and one on its side.

i want to cut down the cables and the size the fully modular for the 2nd system is perfect but i want a lessor one i play BF3 4 and 5 also steam AOE2 HD and then Red Alert 2 for them 650watt is nice but is it really needed ? can i get a 450watt or 500 ?

The secondary reason for this is that i have loads of hdds and want an easy way to use them again with out and adaptor and with-out having to have my main system on - ( would another router be better than a raspberry pi ? )

the final thing is i need a better wiring system ( in the uk we have 240 V into the house roughly ) and i dont recall the terminology used for explaining things but i would like a board  splitting from the original input area of the power mac g5 - also what are the joins called that you connect a cable together and heat it up to complete the connection?

i want to cut up and then spray the power supply box that i woud make for the 2 power supplies but want to keep them as they are but to my shape if you see what i mean, but i want the have as little excess cable from them as possible so that they look like 1 psu thats big so if i want access to files on the hubs / drives i now dont need to power on the " big rig 650 psu "

thoughts ?

Might need this for the main system

SF Series™ SF450 — 450 Watt 80 PLUS® Gold Certified High Performance SFX PSU (UK)
£79.99GBP

https://www.corsair.com/uk/en/Categories/Products/Power-Supply-Units/c/Cor_Products_PowerSupply_Units?q=%3Afeatured%3ApsuPower%3A450%2BWatts%3ApsuModular%3AFully&text=&pageSize=12#rotatingText

then the hdds will need this as they are working on it -  VS Series™ VS350 — 350 Watt Power Supply (UK)
£32.99GBP

https://www.corsair.com/uk/en/Categories/Products/Power-Supply-Units/vs-series-config/p/CP-9020095-UK

so i will need to open the psu's up and put them into my own box ideas on that ?  also would a router be better ?
