Gaming only PC? I recommend AMD over Intel as it is better value, also definitely get yourself a 250GB SSD at the very least for your OS.

The 3600 is fine for pure gaming

the RX 5700 is a better value GPU, it's almost a 2070 with a bit of work

at least the p350X has mesh on top, just don't bother putting any fans in the front of that case.

You can just use a $25 120mm air cooler, 120mm AIOs are only worth it if you can't fit a proper air cooler.

Just remove the 2Tb hard drive if you don't need it, can always buy the air cooler later.

Did you already buy the case and monitor? because you can get some with the same specs for $50 less

should this be a concern? Note:The Asus PRIME X570-P ATX AM4 Motherboard has an additional 4-pin ATX power connector but the be quiet! Pure Power 11 600 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply does not. This connector is used to supply additional 12V current to the motherboard. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands such as extreme overclocking or large video card current draws may require it. also what kind of case?

You only need a single 8 pin for the CPU.

You only need more power if you put the 16 core CPU under Ln2, at lot of the boards have an extra 4 pin as a marketing gimmick.

In what way on what card, on what version of windows?

I haven't had any issues from the HD 7850 and onward, used windows 7 for most of it.

You had a 5700xt? I'd maybe blame windows 10, I could run games fine, but relive only worked under windows 7

however they just came out with the 19.10.1 driver and that fixed ReLive in windows 10 for me.

Did you buy the case already? If not I'd look at the MB511 and NR 600 from coolermaster for their mesh fronts

the team group MP34 is much better for the same price as the 660P, you can get a 144hz monitor for $50 less and the 550W bitfenix whisper M is better for the same price.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Not that it matters really but the 660p is advertised as 1800/1800

Sequential Write 850 MB/s

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?
