PC WONT BOOT!!!!

So my internet on my pc is slow so i plug a type c cable into the mobo to thether and as soon as i did my pc froze. no keyboard or mouse, and my power of switch didnt work either. so i used to psu switch to kill power and reboot. When i turned it on no post or anything. Both keyboard and Mouse reciving no power. So i opened my pc up. There were fan spin and the gpu fan was spining. So i am lost PLZ HELP

 

Trouble shooting steps taken

1 re slot ram 

2 re slot power cables

3 remove gpu and test with igpu

4 unplug all peripherals and try. 

 

Specs

intel i3 7100

8gb corsair DDR4 2133MHz RAM

Asus b250m plus mobo

Gigabyte rx480 8gb reference card

Couger MX200 case and psu combo 

ocz vertex 120GB SSD

 

Any solutions are appreciated.

no is the psu died then there would be no fan spin or lights
