Fan wiring help

Hello, I am building a desktop using the meshify S2 and I am having trouble setting up fans. It comes with 3 140s that I plugged into the included fan controller on the case on the non PWM side. I have 3 other fans however from PcCooler and I wanted to install them as exhaust fans on the top of the case. However, the fan controller has a pwm cable as shown in the pictures and I cannot seem to find another pwm header on my X570 TUF Gaming Wifi mobo besides the cpu one. Also, I have a plug from the front panel that I assume is for usb c that I'll include a picture of and have no idea where that goes. Thanks for the help.

You have 6 PWM fan headers, 2 at top, 2 at the bottom, and 2 at the left side just to the bottom and left of the CPU socket.

For that plug, you are correct it is for the front panel USB C and the board you have does not have a front panel C header, so its useless to you.

Is there an adapter of some sort for usb c that will work on my mobo?

Also, what would the pwm headers be labeled? I have some that are cha_fan1 etc.

1 x CPU Fan connector(s)
1 x CPU OPT Fan connector(s)
3 x Chassis Fan connector(s)

Also, you can get a USB C to USB 3 adapter I believe, but you will already have your USB 3 header on the board used up for your front panel USB 3.

Take a look at your mobo manual, it has all the info you need. Page 1-14. You have CPU + 4 normal headers. AIO one is bit tricky as you need to check from BIOS if it has control options or not.

All headers are PWM, but can control DC fans too.
