Cant get xmp settings to be stable

Hi guys so im currently trying to get my rams xmp settings stable and i am having some issues. I can get the xmp running at 3000 mhz at 1.30 volts but after 4 hours of game play my computer locks up any idea. do i need more voltage?

Here is the ram i am using CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) Desktop Memory Mode

CPU? Mobo?

1.3V is not much. I'd set 1.35, just to see whether it's stable that way. Most factory XMP profiles are with 1.35v DRAM voltage anyway.. And I would rather use some synthetic test for evaluating stability.

Life is really challenging. I don't always suceed: )

@Vejnemojnenwhat is the max voltage that I can put that is safe.  I have a i9 9900k and a  z390 e Mobo. What types of synthetic test are there that I can use I've been using 3d mark and all that to test out system itself
