guys i am going to upgrade my computer from rx480 8gb msi gaming x to rtx2080 super 

and i have i7 6700k running at 4ghz 

and im also upgrading ram from 2x4 to 2x16 for future proofing 

so my question is i can get bottleneck?

I think your CPU wil be bottlenecked. 8GB of RAM is currently fine or just get 1 16GB stick for now and use the money to upgrade your CPU

You'll be fine, tho maybe save the money and only go to 16GB RAM unless you need it.  No sense buying more now if you don't need it, it'll be there in the future at the store.

What do you actually use in Task Manager.  Specs are one thing, actual usage is another.

 

Don't get 1 stick of anything.  Go 2 sticks always, for dual channel.

32gb of ram is overkill. You'll be fine with 16 and can upgrade later. Ram is pretty cheap so in this case I wouldn't "future proof" because it's only a matter of time before DDR4 is outdated.

It's not overkill, it's over expensive.

 

For that money I'd get a used 2080Ti.  Or a 2070 Super and upgrade the rest of the machine.

I wouldn't say it's stupid, just unnecessary.  If you WANT it, go for it.  But a nice triple fan model keeps temps in line.

 

It's not going to perform noticeably better than a regular 2080Super like this one...

I always water-cool and mildly overclock my CPUs but I find it unnecessary for video cards. A normal 2080 will outperform any water-cooled 2060 any day. That being said I'd like to build a fully water-cooled system someday for purely aesthetic reasons.
