Performance comparison, 2019 models: Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 vs. Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga

Hi there!

I am looking into buying a new 13" laptop, preferably 2-in-1. Budget is up to £1500.

I was thinking about the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 or the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga, with an i7, 16GB RAM, at least 512GB NVMe and ideally I would like to go for a 1080p touch.

The last criterion points to Lenovo, as far as I know they are the only ones that offer this screen combo, which I think would benefit battery life.

Do we have any idea about the performance of these two, compared to each other, especially since the Dell have the 10th Gen i7s?

Also, which one do you think has the best build quality, especially regarding the hinges? I am afraid of the accidental drop and/or an eventual loosening of them.

Thanks for your help in advance!
