maybe it's time to clean out dust and re-apply thermal paste. Hard drive or ssd for windows and or games? have you run windows update and updated graphics drivers lately?

Check if there is any unnecessary programs running in the background and clear the game's cache.

Disk partition, C disk I only give 60G. Third party software installed on other disks. If there is a problem with the system, I only need to go into PE to backup the desktop files and then redo the system. After the system is done, it only needs a simple debugging.

problem with that is that i just bought another hard drive so i haven't gotten the chance to move all the important files over and its about 1.4 tb of data, but i will try to give that a shot when i can and have the time
