if you are gonna swap motherboard, then buying a 6c/6t isnt the best idea when 6c/12t is the same price. 

could possibly get more performance for the money with an rx 5700 if the market at your location is regular

well mwe bronze ... well my friends said that software tuning is better in nvidia than amd isnt that so ???

what do you reffer to as software tuning?

when it comes to Nvidia Control panel vs the AMD one. i think AMD has the edge. mostly because the Nvidia one looks like its from 2007~ish.
