Laptop screen upgrade

My problem is that my laptop has a terrible screen. Its a terrible in almost every aspect which a screen can be terrible; bright spot, bad viewing angles and 6 bit color. So I want to upgrade it. Please tell me what my options are, can I upgrade to 8 bit color, or there is a connection bottleneck, and what are your thoughts on the problem.

My laptop is: hp pavilion 15-bc410nq

Is the display malfunctioning, or are you just not happy with it due to color and viewing angles?  If defective you can get a replacement LCD.  Otherwise...

 

If that model/series of laptop is available from HP with a different/higher resolution display you should be able to track down the part number and swap the LCD panel (no guarantees it's compatible though, so you'll need to do some research).  I did that with my old Dell laptop years ago to get a higher resolution display and it worked really well.  Again, need to do some research to make sure everything will be compatible.

 

There may also be generic replacements you can find for that laptop model, but your results will vary going that route and may end up being a worse panel than you currently have.  Again, you'll have to do some research here.
