Laptop would turn on with black screen and fans not spinning

Hello it's my first time here but i really need help i  have to present my end of school project presentation on monday

So my laptop a dell precision m6700 would randomly freeze when i play game or watch youtube for about 3 second then it's okay today it freezed and didn't stop so i turned it off and when i tried to turn it on it would turn on fan spin for 2 sec then stops and laptop would stay turned on with black screen even if i try external monitor nothing would show the screen is not broken i can see that the black in it change when it turn on i tried so many fixes from the internet nothing works i fear that my graphic card is fried or something please help me this is so urgent all my catia designs are in there and i don't have a replacement laptop to work on.
