Gtx 605 cleaning

I need to dust this gtx 605 (if you have never heard about it before its probably because it is a OEM card

I am unsure why you would want to clean it. I mean I guess it could work on a pc that has no integrated graphics but other than that the card is very underpowered and there is little reason to use it over the integrated graphics included with Intel CPUs. If you are using an AMD cpu that needs a graphics card because it lacks integrated graphics  then I could see it being slightly useful but that is the only reason I would use it.

I know how bad it is trust me even a core i3 3200 igpu is better but I am selling it so the graphics card needs to be in the system

Ok then use a can of compressed air. They make them just for this purpose.

Do you think that a soft paint brush is going to do the job?

Makeup brushes work best from my personal experience but I guess any brush will do. 
If you care enough to do so, remove the fan and clean under the blades.
