I'd just use the rectangle tool and adjust it to fit the size/shape you need.

I'll do it for $50.

But seriously, if you don't know what you're doing at all, you either need to learn or pay someone to do it for you. This is not something we can give you a five step tutorial on.

In photoshop there's a lot of ways to do the same thing. I'd probably use the pen tool and hold shift to get the right kind of shape you want, but you could use the rectangle tool and rotate it so it'll leave a triangle in the corner. https://gyazo.com/4e438091e0738549c008df5f6e817c36

What I did was: Pen tool (P) -> Hold shift and left click the corners to make a straight line, then finish the selection -> Right click and press 'Make Selection' (feather it however you want, if you want it clean, set to 0px -> Then fill it with white using the bucket tool.

Thank you so much! Where could I select a triangle?

There should be more shapes within custom shapes. Depending what version of PS you're using.

Manually doing it means making square selection and removing half of it with diagonal line. 20s spend on Gimp. I don't know if tools match enough to give you step by step.
