PC won't post

Hello I bought a brand new 750 watt power supply by corsair and I have a brand new motherboard from msi its the edge ac z390m I also bought new ram 16gb ddr4 from corsair it runs at 3000mhz I bought these as a result from my last build my psu gave out on me and wrecked my motherboard. I bought all these new components but now my pc wont post.

please help me find out whats wrong with it.

My CPU is a intel core i5 9600k

hmmm yeah that cpu is right for the chipset.

 

Just to make sure, do you have all the right cables in where they're supposed to be?

yes everything is correct in the system I thought at first that it was the wiring for my power switch on the case but I double checked that and I even did all the plugs to the pins all over again but that was not the issue.
