i need a pc build reccomendation

will be used for gaming. the budget is around $1100. can you guys recommend the best price to performance build?, i dont need rgb or any other fancy things, just the best performance for the price
this will be the price of the PC only, i got the monitor already

Game mostly PUBG, CS:GO, Rainow SIx Siege. but i want to try the newest game too, like Red Dead Redemption 2, Borderland 3
the settings is high.or medium. and the monitor is 2k. but FHD is alright.
