Weird Xbox One Controller glitch

So a while back I got an Xbox One controller from walmart (third party brand) and everything worked fine.

 

But now: a few months later, my right trigger and my left thumbstick will randomly sync up, i'll just be driving in a video  game, take a left turn, and then my care is steering full left only moving the RT, 

 

I've tried disassembling it and remounting the trigger mechanism, as well as calibrating it and updating to the latest drivers but the problem is still there

 

please help
