R9 3900X Cooling

I was wondering what cooler I should use on my 3900X when I do build my new machine, I currently plan on having a NZXT X72 on it but I want to hear other peoples opinions. So my question what would be the best cooler for my 3900X and why, Price, Performance, Etc.

i mean... many know my preference for air coolers, which would easily do with a dual tower, you have no pump noise, it doesn't block airflow and it costs half the price

I'd personally take something like a nhd15 or dark rock pro 4 over it

I would love to use an air cooler but I want to be able to see my RGB ram and the Trident Z Sticks i picked are far too tall for something like the NDD-15 or the Dark Rock Pro 4, besides I want to use a liquid cooler because that's what i've always used and they've worked out quite well besides I want to make sure my CPU remains cool and quiet.

you can bring up the fan a bit, but that aside

and a lot of air coolers can just leave the ram free, like thisIMG_20190831_232245.thumb.jpg.36a30de444b0c0f16cc0171e9b0937c2.jpg

(personal system)

but yeah, if you want an aio, just keep in mine 80% of the market is the same, an asetek with fans that differ per brand

I didn't even think of putting the fans on the other side... I'll look into some dual tower air coolers and pick which one suits my needs more.

And as for the 80% of AIO's are the same I do know that part, i'm just going for style and raw performance when it comes down to choosing and AIO, i'm going to be using an NZXT case and a really want as many parts to match as possible, also (Brand Loyalty, i love NZXT stuff, good quality and last's for awhile but it's a bit pricey.)

the answer to the question "What AIO should i get?" is almost always a big air tower tbh(or the new amazing 120mm Noctua one i can never remember the name of).

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Seems to be what the Kraken X72 was designed for.
