Need laptop recommendation focus on CPU performance

Hello all,

My current setup is a Lenovo X1 Yoga (gen1), i7-6600u (repasted), 16GB ram, 1TB SSD (PM961), running XTU to undervolt -0,060mv. My main workload is Visual Studio and Resharper which both are quite CPU intensive applications. I find myself loosing way too much time waiting for things to finish, ruining my "flow". I am looking to replace it soon, however I have a hard time to find an option that suits my needs.

 

My requirements for a new laptop, in order of importance

 

* Excellent sustained CPU performance

* Minimum 4 cores

* No discrete GPU

* Minimum 16GB memory, 32GB preferred

* Good battery life

* Screen size 13" - 15"

 

I have had Lenovo Thinkpads in the past and while I like them a lot, I have not found an option from them which meet my criterias even though they have quite a few models to choose from. Looking around at other manufacturers, the story seems to be the same. Smaller and thinner devices at the expense of raw performance. So do you know any laptop that I may have missed, which is worth a look?
