I've used this for a year and I recently reinstalled my ram sticks but the pc won't post at all.

Things I've tried are:

Trying only one ram stick: both of them worked individually and got into windows.

Trying different ram slots: both ram slots also works when only using one 8gb stick.

I cannot understand why dual channel doesn't work like before.

Did you try resetting CMOS? May help.

The RAM sticks doesn't seem to be supported by the motherboard. At least not according to MSI's compatibility list.

 

And have just myself gone through a tough round of RAM problems with a Ryzen 3600 on an ASUS B450 board.

That board did not like G-Skill RGB memory. But so far the Corsair Vengence LPX kit has run flawlessly. I just installed 4 days ago though.

 

When I search around it seems Ryzen systems are very sensitive to compatible memory, so maybe buying something from the official compatibilty list?
