IronWolf is definitely a good suggestion due to its enterprise-like-level performance. But if you can find the Pro version it would be even better.

Hmm... I haven't heard of the pro version before. Maybe my local shop doesn't carry those (as they are meant for business or enterprise sectors and ordinary consumer might not benefit from it).

It may be! It is not everybody who use the Pro version you are right about that, at least you already know that it exists and maybe you can find it on sale during holiday offers and get an excellent quality product.

Yeah, I live in Malaysia, and getting something a little too damn good is only a dream. I don't think any of the shop selling RTX Super series yet, and Vega VII is non existence.

Well, there is also equipment specifically designed for one specific use, in other words, sometimes you get more than you need, and sometimes you just don't need a NAS or surveillance drive on a home computer. Some applications of some more specific HDDs will require that it be imported if necessary, you can some aid choosing the right HDD for you here: Video: Choose the Right Drive for the Right Workload | Seagate Blog
