If its a prefab, like something from Dell/HP, and doesnt have standard Power Attatchments, chances are you wont be able to use it and will have to get a new Motherboard, possibly CPU and such. You may be able to mod the cables and make your own connectors, but you would need some intensive PSU knowledge for that.

What model prebuilt/motherboard is it?
Just search "[the model number] 24pin motherboard power adapter" on eBay and you'll likely find a cable that adapts the 24pin to whatever the motherboard uses. Should only cost a few dollars.
