Origin crash

just started today. i was playing simcity(2013) and i got a message saying i was running out of memory, that i needed to close simcity. so i tried CTRL+ALT+DELETE. and boom. black screen crash.. so i reset my computer with the trusty old reset button. when it booted back up my computer was just fine, but now when i try to start origin my computer freezes up. no mouse movement.. no response from keyboard. nothing. anyone know whats happening? or a fix? its only happening for origin.

It may just be an error in Origin (That wouldn't be the first time). Try uninstalling and reinstalling Origin. I can't remember if you delete your games by doing this, but if you have slow internet you might want to back up Sim City before you do this.

How much memory do you have? If you have 4GBs or less, it probably is why.

Monitor your memory usage while you play (if you can), play in windowed mode and have task manager open next to it.
