If it's temporary then get a used Logitech g502.

Nevermind

I'd suggest this even as a semi-permanent solution: if / when it dies or when you get bored and want to change it, flip it as used and get another one

I've bought higher priced mice previously, but now, I'm into cheaper RGB mice. I just got a Tecware Vector Pro gaming mouse with Pixart 3360 sensor and I must say, I like the RGB and performance. It cost me about 26USD and initially, I had thought I'd made a mistake, but after adjusting dpi and removing the well stuck plastic that was protecting feet did the trick. Now it feels as good and accurate as my G703, why did I replace the excellent G703 with this cheap mouse? More and brighter RGB of course!? I've fallen for RGB hard!

Heck, the keyboard (Armeggeddon MKA-5R RGB Hornet) and mousepad (Redragon P011 Orion RGB) are cheap compared to from more established brands. Here's a pic, note the mouse (with the spare mouse feet and modular side grips) is sitting on the Orion RGB mousepad which cost me about 17USD.
