Should I upgrade?

I have an rx 590 8gb and about ~$300 before selling my old one to spend. What should i get and how much do you think i could get for it. 

Rx 590 8gb Red Devil from PowerColor

i5-9600k

Corsair h115i Pro rgb

Asus rog strix z390-h

16gb 3200mhz corsair v. Pro rgb

1tb samsung evo ssd

650 watt evga BQ psu.

Seems pretty good to me.
