Hey guys/girls,

recently i started thinking about overclocking my RAM. It's Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB rated for 3000Mhz with CL15. Not really experienced with memory oc at all. I got my parts, built the machine overclocked the CPU and let D.O.C.P do its thing. So it was stable at its 3000Mhz CL15 @ 1.35V all the time.
Today i just upped the frequency to 3200 Mhz and it works just fine including a slight Cinebench R20 score up.
Question : Can I , should I increase the frequency even more or now go and deal with the timings? Better to have lower timings or higher frequency esp. for Zen+ .
If timings are what I should be doing, what do you start with and kinda how do you do it? :D

some Rig info:
Ryzen 5 2600 @ 4.1 Ghz
Asus Prime B450 Plus

16 Gb Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz CL15

Thanks in advance. :D

I would play around and try tightening your timings at 3000 and see which gives you better results. I would stick in the 3000 to 3200mhz range as thats the sweet spot that 1st and 2nd gen Ryzen drool over.
