RX 570 Temp

I have recently purchased an RX 570 Sapphire pulse 4GB card and getting the max temp of 77degrees Celsius at full load in different benchmarks and games. I want to know is it OK or is it higher than it should be? Also, I noticed that after 74 degrees the GPU starts to throttle and the core clock drops from 1284MHz to almost 1200MHz and sometimes the clock goes down to 1150MHz. So, is it normal for this card to throttle at these temps.?

Yeah thats  normal, the temps are within spec and so are the clocks. Its not thermal throttleing its just not boosting as high, as a 570 base clock is around 1150-1180 iirc.
