Just got my new pc (mostly) and it doeant seam to post any ideas

How many ram dimms and what slots are they in?

i have 2 x 8 and they are in the a2 and b2

Try with just one DIMM in A2 and see if there is a difference.  If no, then swap to the other DIMM in A2 and try that.

Have you built a system before?  Are you 100% sure they are seating in correctly?

 - OEM post memory initialization codes

If you are sure all connections are good, ram is installed correctly, cmos has been cleared, and CPU is installed correctly, I'd say you have an RMA on your hands...

You said it doesn't post right?  If it won't boot, and you are sure about all the other things I mentioned before, then I don't have anything else to try.  Does your monitor turn on?  What GPU are you using?
