Scam or Cheap?

Hello I need help with buying my first PC and could you help with my questions below.

1: Are  all of the parts are Compatible with each other

2: Is this a scam or just a realy cheap and "good" PC?

looks legit after seeing the seller reviews

 

also keep in mind that $220 is a bid, and it might go up

So i've done a lot more reserch and i have found another PC at just over $100 but i dont think the parts are compatible with each other and is this better or worse than the one above thanks again.
