My Predator sense software is not working. It will not launch. Is there way to get it to work without having to reset the my laptop?

8th Gen Intel Core i7 8750H

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB (Mobile)

16GB DDR4 SDRAM

1TB Hard Drive

256 GB Solid State Drive

Processor Speed 2.20 GHz

Uninstall it and then install the latest version from the manufacturer website.

I tried that already but that did not work.
