What features must it have? How many inch? What will it be used for etc? Any gaming so does it need a dedicated Gpu? Etc.

You might be able to find an i5 XPS 13 for $900

Desktop: i9 11900k, 32GB DDR4, 4060 Ti 8GB 🙂
