Board not posting

Hello I just bought my all new system after few years of waiting, but my motherboard wont post. I built the whole thing, it posted just fine. I changed bios XMP so my RAM was running od 4000Mhz. Everything was OK, so i installed my windows and restarted the PC. Everyting was still fine so i installed some chipset drivers and AMD GPU drivest. I restarted the PC onece more and it didnt post. My keyboard wast even glowing and my mouse seemed also dead. I tried rebooting again, i tried different RAM slots and configurations but the system still would not post. All my monitor is showing is No Signal. I checked my GPU in my friends PC, and it showed everything just fine. Any ideas?

 

MB - GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE - AMD X570

RAM - Kingston HyperX Predator 8GB DDR4 4000

CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

SSD - WD Black SN750, M.2 - 1TB

GPU - Sapphire Radeon PULSE RX 5700 XT 8G, 8GB GDDR6

PSU - Seasonic Focus Plus Platinum - 850W

I'd guess it was a faulty driver, as everything before worked. Or the RAM couldn't stay at 4000mhz and broke. That's what I think could be wrong.
