Hey everyone,

Is there a headset that is good for gaming, but doesn't have the "gaming' look?  I'm open to in-ear or over-the-ear styles but when I find the top gaming headsets, they all have these crazy designs that I personally don't want to wear on work video calls.

Thanks!

Beyerdynamic, Sennheiser, and Corsair all make some pretty neutral looking headsets with decent mics.

What 'gaming' features are you looking for?

You could always go with whatever headphones/earbuds you want and a separate microphone, like an Antlion Modmic, or a lavalier mic, or a condenser mic.

I guess I may have just fallen victim to marketing strategies/ploys.   I currently just use the headphones that came with my Samsung S8 as my work headphones for meetings.  I was unsure if they would transfer into online gaming or if it was important to improve the headset to things that captured surround sound or other high quality sets.

Having a separate mic isn't a bad option... something I should definitely look into.
