How do I setup Gmail in Outlook

Good day everyone !

Well I havent been here for a while and I lost my old acc... so I just created a new one haha.

Anyways, I have a question, so currently I owned the latest Office365, those Microsoft excel, word, outlook, teams etc. Ive been using Outlook (personal acc and college acc) for a few months now and I just had this thought of adding my gmail acc into my outlook and so I tried, I googled it and I found some answers. So I went on to my gmail acc and Enable the IMAP thing (as shown in the image below), and then I went on to my outlook and I tried to add my Gmail acc but it keeps saying "something went wrong... we couldnt log on to the incoming (POP/IMAP) server etc etc." (as shown in the image below)

I even tried the advanced option but theres not much i can adjust there…. or maybe idk what to adjust.. (as shown int he image below)

So yea… to summarized it, I had enabled my IMAP in my gmail acc, but Outlook still fails to add my Gmail acc into my Outlook. 

Anyone can help me to explain what I did wrong and guide me to add my Gmail acc into my Outlook ?
