Cloning HELP

I'm trying to clone my newer smaller ssd in my laptop to a bigger ssd that i also recently installed into my laptop. I'm trying to just move all my stuff from my smaller drive which has all my games and school programs and stuff but I want to move it into the bigger drive. They are both boot drives and both have some files and games/programs on them. How can I migrate the stuff from the older ssd to the newer one most efficiently?

2. Download EaseUS todo backup and clone disk

Don't even need to search, it seems every second message is "how do i clone my drive?"

Well I was just asking specifically because I have two boot drives and they both have some stuff that I want on the bigger drive.
