VGA error after RAM OC

Hey guys!

So I tried OC my RAM and CPU (3700x on b450f mb). I tried booting at different speeds, until I got a POST error (red - CPU). After that, I cleared the CMOS, but now I get a VGA error (Zotac 1080). Everything was working fine before. I already tried reseating, different slot, and checked the power cables. Please help!
