Any changes/suggestions you guys have?

im gonna be buying some fans aswell. I already have a 750w psu. Some light overclocking, id have to get a better cooler. If i was to get a better cooler would the tomahawk overclock well? This build is mainly going to be used for high refresh fps games and all around probably 90+ fps (some games are exceptions for example like Assassins Creed Odyssey)

I would drop the cooler and wait for a Tomahawk MAX to come back in stock.

Yes I would get a better cooler if you're planning on overclocking. Something like a DRP4.

Also this rig is begging for a 3700 instead.  Do it it is worth it.  If budget allows of course.

I'd say to comfortably have a 3700x I would want a better motherboard.

begging? plus $180? the gaming benchmarks of 3700vs3600 arent that big, i have no plans of streaming. why exactly is it begging the 2080ti comparisons are very close. Doesnt really render an extra 180

Fixed everything.

You can just buy the Scythe Fuma 2 later on, this is just for reference.

You can flash the pulse's bios in less than 5 minutes for a free 5% performance jump, it has dual bios so recovery is as easy as flipping the switch to boot, then flipping it back after it's on, if you happen to have any issues, not sure the XT models are generally worth it, unless you want the Nitro+ for it's silence, but the pulse is already quiet IMO.

Going to want a case that has a mesh front for better airflow, and that ripjaws kit is 3600 CL 16, but check your motherboard's QVL or memory support list.

PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nLMzK4

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor  ($194.79 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Scythe FUMA 2 51.17 CFM CPU Cooler  ($59.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus PRIME X570-P ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($161.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory  ($87.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Intel 660p Series 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($49.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 8 GB PULSE Video Card  ($369.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox MB511 ATX Mid Tower Case  ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $1119.71 -$74

Not sure there's really anything you can buy with an extra $74 from this, unless you want a case like the Coolermaster H500

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
