FAN trouble

Hi guys, I want to improve the airflow and looks of my case. I have an Phanteks Enthoo Pro with standard 200 mm fan on front and 140 mm fan on the back (and a massive MACHO REV.B air CPU cooler). I have such possibilities:

 

1x 200mm / 2x 140mm / 2x 120mm (front)
1x 140mm / 120mm (back)
2x 120mm (disk cages)
1x 200mm / 3x 140mm / 3x 120mm (top)
1x 140mm / 2x 120mm (bottom)

 

I would like to add some RGB to the new fans, so my PC can run 10% faster thanks to all the badass lighting, but I have no idea how to make it look cool and in the same time add some good airflow. I do not know what fans should I consider to buy to be shiny (I like a subtle light not a strong one) but in the same time quiet and effective, and how to place them in my case. My idea was to add 3 top fans but the single 200 mm won't insert enough air to the case obviously. Maybe someone has a suggestion how to do it properly. My PC is i7 6700, RX 5700 XT Nitro+, the PSU has its own fan on the bottom of the case.

Are you not satisfied with the stock fans? What are your temps?

You could just add Halos RGB Frames and keep using the same fans. 

 

You don't need to rely on intake fans to bring in air. If you have more exhaust, air will seep in to fill the case.
