You should also consider a LED laser printer like Xerox VersaLink C700 for example: https://www.amazon.com/Xerox-VersaLink-C7000-DN-Replenishment/dp/B0725WWKGK/

You can buy toner and reset chips easily on eBay  ex 150$ for 800g of toner and 4 reset chips (10k pages at 5%) : https://www.ebay.com/itm/4-x-HC-3765-3768-Toner-Refill-for-Xerox-VersaLink-C7000-DN-4-Chip-DMO/323768461084

100$ without reset chips, you can get the reset chips separately for ~50$ , here's an example : https://www.ebay.com/itm/4-x-Toner-Reset-Chips-for-Xerox-VersaLink-C7000DN-C7000N-106R03765-106R03768/283483154502

or 4 Kg of toner for 360$ (no reset chips), basically 5 full refills of 200g for each color : https://www.ebay.com/itm/4-x-HC-3765-3768-Toner-Refill-for-Xerox-VersaLink-C7000-DN-4-Chip-DMO/323768461084

Interesting suggestion, I would consider it but I doubt it is in my office's budget, plus considering the conversion to Singapore Dollar, it might make it to expensive.

Well, it depends on your office needs.

Let's take the example of Epson L1455 ... it says 12 years warranty or up to 80k pages, but you get only 6500 pages max for black and 6500 for the colors combined with the STANDARD cartridges.

Refills may be cheaper, at around 50-60$ for 6500 pages or less : here's Amazon genuine for 40$ .. add a T774 black for around 20$ and you're at 60$: amazon

I see on ebay 100$ for 1 liter of "compatible" ink and I suppose you don't have to deal with reset chips

However, I guess you could buy 10-20 Kg of toner for even cheaper than 360$ for 4Kg of toner (50k worth of pages at 5% coverage) and you'd change the reset chips as needed and you don't have to deal with print head cleaning.

Also keep in mind inkjet may make the paper wavy (from the amount of liquid on paper) and/or you'd have to be careful about spilling liquids on paper

Also account for the pages per minute .. the laser printer can do 35 pages per minute... slower at full duplex.  In contrast, the inkjets are rated in ipm which I guess it's inches per minute ... I see 10 ipm for A3 and 6ipm for full duplex

If you guys need to print several copies and need them fast, the inkjet may annoy you or slow you down A LOT. Laser would be much faster.
