Vegas 15 Rendering options

So I'm recording some gameplay with OBS using NVENC and a CQP of 15 (Nvidias equivilent to CRF of X264). When i go to render my video using the MAGIX AVC/AAC MP4 profiles it has an option for constant bit rate and variable bit rates only. Is there no option to just let it keep using something like a CQP/CRF? When i use media info to check the bitrate of the source file it does say its variable with a bitrate of 38.9Mb/s with a maximum of 40Mb/s So would i just have an average of about 30-35,000bp/s? with the max staying at 40Mb/s?
