RAM Limiting CPU and GPU

I'm running Performance Tests on Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition. I pinned the Performance Monitor from Xbox Game Bar and found out that my CPU is only running 30% - 50% while my GPU is around 30% - 45% and my RAM is at 70% - 80%. I'm using Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G-58T1 that has Intel Core i5-8250U 1.6Hz with Turbo Boost up to 3.4GHz, 2GB VRAM Nvidia GeForce MX130, 4GB DDR4 RAM, and FHD 120Hz LCD Screen. Performance test can run 60 - 100 FPS with the settings on 1360x768 Screen Resolution, MSAA x2, Low Texture Resolution, High Capped Shadow, and High Quality.

Is the RAM limiting the game performance or is it normal?

The performance monitor on the game bar shows GPU ram utilization, not GPU core utilization. You'll need to run this again with something else because will probably show the GPU much higher

Checked on task manager while the game is on windowed mode. Now the CPU is 50% - 70%, GPU 60% - 80%, and RAM - 70% - 80%.

Installed and Played DOTA 2 but then received worse results: CPU ~30%, GPU 30% - 40%, RAM 90% - 95%.

FPS is 30 - 80 from Fastest to Highest preset settings.

I really think that the RAM is limiting the CPU and GPU performance. I'll be upgrading it to 12gb soon.

4gb of system memory is the issue here, Windows 10 takes over 2gb itself.  Nothing newish will run on 2gb of RAM (well)

Then I should expect greater results after upgrading my ram.

Your CPU will be able to build better frame time, letting the MX130 work more for sure.

My Ram is now upgraded to 12gb but there aren't any improvements with CPU and GPU utilization are around 35% - 50% and RAM usage is 3gb - 3.2gb.

I changed DMC's setting to the highest and that's the performance I received.

I'm currently trying to check with MSI Afterburner if there are other bottlenecks.

Temps only reach up to 70 degrees celsius. Realbench Stress Test reaches up to 90 degrees.
