Need help with Arctis pro wireless

So a few days ago my headphones started sounding weird and i've tried restarting the computer like i've tried everything i can think of. To clarify when i reload in a game like Fortnite the sound becomes incredibly low and goes to like the left ear, when listening to spotify it just feels weird. Any help is greatly appreciated.
