No Operating System Found

Coworker's son wanted to build a computer, and I gave them my USB with Windows 10 on it so they could get it up and running without spending a fortune on it.  

When they go to start the computer it goes into BIOS and gives them 3 options to boot from:

The SSD
UEFI partition for the USB

The USB

All 3 options result in no BIOS found.  Motherboard is a Gigabyte B450M.  Any help would be appreciated.

Format the USB and install the W10 ISO file onto it again. Then try booting off it.

If there's no BIOS, how do you see the boot options?

Use the media creation tool on Microsoft's website. Not sure why people buy the USBs with it preinstalled.

I didn't, I put it on a USB I had.  I've used this USB to install it on my other PC

Okay. So install the W10 ISO onto a different USB and try booting off it.

Try doing it again. Clearly the USB isn't working for some reason.
