Slow internet on one PC.

Hello, so I have a problem with internet on my desktop PC. I have 250/250 internet, and on  my laptop, I get about 280/260, and that's very good. But on my desktop, plugged in with the exact same cable, and the exact same setup otherwise I get about 150/8 for some reason. I can't for the life of me figure out why. I've changed duplex settings, but it was already on auto. Doesn't change anything if I put it on full gigabit. Tried different DNS, no real difference.

And I have a Asus z87-a motherboard with gigabit ethernet, so should work.

I don't know what more to do right now, anyone got any clues?
