Hey guys, I wonder if anyone could help me. I have older laptop with GTX 675MX and i7-3740QM. I recently purchased a 144hz monitor since I play casualy mostly esport titles like CSGO / HOTS / RL.

I am connected via DP but I cant set 144 hz and I am still sitting on 60 (the option is not even there).

Is it even possible to set 144 hz on am I doing something wrong?

Thank you !

You might be able to set a custom resolution for the display in the Nvidia control panel, in which you can also set the refreshrate.

It is possible tho, that the displayPort on your laptop doesn't support that refreshrate, because its too old.
DP 1.1 was barely able to run FullHD at 60Hz.
